How to cover up payslip from Pakistan Job

Hello,

Currently I am living in Germany and before coming here I have 4 years working experience in Pakistan. Now the problem is I do not have payslips from my job in Pakistan and I am not sure how to get it?

Did anybody go through the same problem? Any possibility that I can count on?

Some people have gotten there PR without putting their previous jobs pay slip. If your bank statement shows the payments, you can print it out and highlight. Also explain it on your LOE. In my country I never received a paystub.

Your reference letter should be in the format they want.

What of in a case where you salary is paid to you directly (cash) and not to any bank account? It's a small company

Like I said, with a good reference letter in the format they want, you might not need to worry about this.
