How to count experience ?

Hi one question...I am showing my experience for one of the NOC from 1 Feb 2015 to 31 Jan 2018 is it 2 years 11 months 30 days or 3 years ? I am confused as on calculator it shows 2 years 11 months 30 days...could you help ?

Technically you would be short by one day out of three years, but most likely IRCC would count that as 3 years...
