I have sent my Passports to london on 12th Nov 2012.. till now not recieved.. Could anyone please tell how i can contact visa office london? is there any mail id?

I was wondering if anyone knows the email address for the visa office in London. I searched everywhere but I can't seem to find it. I have tried to call them but the automated answering machine instructs me to send an email but doesn't mention the email address.

Any help would be much appreciated.

If you want to contact London CHC. Here is there email address * re-london-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca * Just make sure you give your file number, date of birth ,address and name in the email so they can identify you. ;D

Hi I'm just a new member here. I submitted my documents last october it's been 5 months now I haven't receive any feedback regarding my application. I'm a filipina here in London. Do I have the same situation with any of you? And do you know why it took so long to process? Thank you.

@Kristina1987 : My dear you will have to wait a bit more (another couple of months) as usually after submitting documents the LONDON VISA office contacts the applicant after 8 to 10 months !

They state that they'll get in touch within 28 days, in the auto response I received for my case specific query. Though I'm currently at 23 days and yet to have a response, so they're clearly very backlogged
