HOW TO CONTACT IRCC DIRECTLY

Hello everyone, I would like to know how I could contact IRCC in order to get more time.

My PR application is in progress and they have asked me to get a new passport due to the fact that my passport will expire in July. They only gave 7 days from today to upload a new passport on my profile. Unfortunately I live in Turkey and there is an ongoing protest which has crippled most government workplaces. Also there is an holiday coming due to the Ramadan fasting and it’s going to last for 9 days.

I would like to know if it’s possible to contact IRCc to buy more time.
