How to Contact CIC to inquire abt AOR

Actually in Pakistan,there is not much trust on Regular Mail System and since CIC send IA/AOR through reugular Mail,I dont know whether this letter from CIC will reach me or not due to poor functioning of Regular Mail System.How can I contact CIC to inquire whether they have sent me the letter or not? Although not much time has elapsed since I have sent my Application(only one months that is) but people are recieving their letter in 3-4 weeks time due to Fast Track processing.Should I send email or contact CIC through FAX or should I ask my Uncle who is living in Canada to contact officals at Nova Scotia to inquire about the status of that initial letter? My Application has been recieved at Nova Scotia on 18th March-2009.I have also heard that CIC send that letter for once and does not notify you through any source that they have sent the letter.What should I do?pls guide me

I live in the US and it took almost 4 weeks for me to get it. It has been only a month for you. Give it some time. Sit back and relax and it will come to you.

This is a system, you can't do any thing. My home is just 2 block from embassy and i got their letter after passing 27 days. If in general, we will think 2 block distance in 27 days? Wait for some days more, aparently .. try to talk some one in local post office who will take care of your package.
