If there are ways to talk to cic or meet them in person or ask them to process my visa faster, please tell me?
Or anyone who worked there before? or currently work there?know somebody work there?
or anything I could do to make cic notice about me and help me process my visa faster...

I think you know the answer to that question.

you can at best keep e-mailing them but it wouldn't make one ounce of a difference and CHC will take it's own time

Sorry I don't mean to be rude but even you have to know how ridiculous that sounds.

CHC will approve or refuse your visa based on your profile and nothing else.

CHC won't refuse your application for nagging.

You can't tell them that speed up processing time with your apllication . It's a Canadian high commission not a private shop , you can tell whatever you want .

It's better to keep wait
