how to confirm I am still in parent sponsorship pool?

Hi guys,

Anybody knows how to check if my confirmation number is still in the pool?

It seems the random drawing algorithm by IRCC is a "black box" and there is no way to know how they implement things in their back end.

I have a number like "B+number" but their website seems having a bug that made me unable to search anything about "BXXXX"?

Also the only "receipt" from submitting the interest is just an email? This process seems a little bit joking to me but I hope somebody can convince me that IRCC is trust-able and reliable?

There were around 200k applicants in the original pool so after 3 draws there still over 100k applicants in the pool which is why so many still have not received an invitation. There are many programs that allow you to select people on a random basis. Reading things like forums may give people a false perception that everyone is getting selected when the reality is that 100k others are still waiting. As long as you know you you were part of the 2020EOI I wouldn’t worry about you name not being in the 2020 pool.
