How to complaint about misrepresentation

I have sponsored someone in past without knowing he is using fake job letter to get visitor visa to Canada. Now that i have come to know, how want to report it. He has already visited canada once . I want to report about this misrepresentation. Can he be stopped from coming to canada in his home country?
Will this effect me in any way. Will immigration or cbsa will question me.

You should submit as much evidence as you can when you first make the report. If you leave contact information, it's possible they may contact you for more information.

No - they will not keep you in the loop.
