How to check if the info sent via webform is updated or not?

hi. I updated ircc about by new passport info via submitting a webform on April 01.2019. But I neither got any email or message from them confirming they have received or updated the information. Last night I got a ghost update on my profile. So I am hoping to get ppr request soon.so I am not sure what to do to check whether they have updated the passport info or not? Since I applied the aor using my old passport info. And I need to submit my new passport for pr visa stamp.

I’m outside Canada . Tried calling them couple times using handout and other calling apps. The agents don’t pick up

even if you are in Canada, it will be the same. it is just impossible to connect with an agent. just keep calling

hi, could you please tell me about what happened in your case? did they update your passport, and how long it took them?
