So my current situation is as follows:
- graduated in 2021 april from a 4 year comp sci degree in canada
- my passport expired in 2022 however, so they gave me a pgwp until 2022 only
- i have since renewed my passport
- i worked abroad (Indonesia 1 year, HK 1 year till now), I plan to come back to canada, i was going to apply to extend my pgwp work permit, but it says theres a new policy where in if your pgwp ends between September 20, 2021, and December 31, 2023 you can get an additional 18 months. Since my expired work permit falls under this category, How do I make sure that I am eligible for this before I apply for it? Going by when my work permit expired I should be eligible, but I also received this email "Please confirm your address and passport information by October 10, 2022" last year and i failed to respond to it, so is there any way for me to double check whether or not I'm eligible?
