Hi im prathyusha citizen of India, currently residing in Canada on visitor visa. My husband also an Indian citizen, currently full time international student and his status valid upto sep30th 2016. my visitor status is also valid upto sep 30th 2016....

Now, my husband completed his masters and planning to apply for PGwork permit before his status expires, meanwhile im also planning to apply for an SOWP. We are planning to apply together....

what is the sucess rate of getting our visas if we applied together?
what are the docs we have to submit?
And one big confusion cracking our minds was--do my husband need to use his cic account to submit both applications in online? or we have to use our own cic aacounts?

please clarify our confusion...

thank you in advance

1. You are not eligible for a SOWP yet, until your spouse obtains a job on his PGWP that is NOC A, B or O. Then you have to submit an application on your own account with a copy of his job description, (to prove it is NOC A, B or O) and 1 pay stub plus a copy of his PGWP.

You can both apply together when he is applying for his PGWP. Just attach his job offer with job duties and a recent pay stub. That's how I got my husbands SOWP. I added him to my application. Good luck
