how to change email indian visa application

hey guys
i have a problem.i wanna way to come out of it..actually i filed my parent sponsership application in 2008..and my case is in new delhi now ..but problem is that my parents email id is blocked ..what they should do now..how they can give new email to them..or there is any way ..could u guys help me please...waiting for u r response..

make a new email account for your parents then send email to specific enquiry to the visa office responsible for their application stating that they have changed their email id and write it down. By the way you sure you cant unblock or retrive that account|?>

thanks shiny..i couldn't unblock or retrieve 'coz there is no alternate address provided...anyways i'll make newone..to whom I should send email tht I have changed my email...could u tell me??
