How to Change Dependent Address

Hi

My wife is added a a dependent in my PR application. I am the primary applicant and residing in Canada on a work permit. My wife was in Pakistan at the time of the application and currently moved to Canada a few days go. I am trying to update her address to the current one (Canadian one) but not able to find a way.

The online Change Address form is not working as well and giving following error:

We are trying to call IRCC but from last few weeks they are not picking up calls now and giving message that all of their agents are busy every time.

We did submit the webform mentioning her new address but not sure if this will work.

Please advise what should I do here.

Any body faced similar issue where Primary Applicant was initially out of canada(Dependent PR application and now moved to Canada on work permit (similar scenario mentioned in this thread and any resolution steps.

I am trying to contact IRCC customer care number and it is not connecting to representative. online address change application shows above error.
