How to change address if moved from Canada to US after receiving AOR?

Hello Frds,
I have applied for CEC PR in Aug 2012 and received AOR in Sept 2012 but then I left canada and moved to US with my Spouse.
I have already sent a letter to my visa office notifying my address change with additional doc request in Dec 2012 but have not heard anything from them.Also I don't see my updated address in my Ecas file.
I also send one follow up email last week but still no response.
Does someone know what is the right procedure to change address in my case? Or if someone has same experience as me?

ECAS is not consistent. It might be that they have not updated ECAS yet but have your correct address on file.

If letter/email hasn't worked just give them a call.
