HOW TO CALL THE LOCAL VISA OFFICE

I tried to call the canadian high commission islamabad,Could you please tell me the extension number of the concerned person.I called to local visa office but the remote call assistance asking me the extension number of the concerned person.Please tell me how to get the extension of the concerned person.So that I can convey the my problem to them.
