I tried to call cic Sydney novia scotia with this number 1-888-242-2100 , but it is all machine talk ， how can we talk to thier repercentative ？ i want to ask them if my ME issued yet since it has been 2.5 months after I have received the AOR , I emailed them but no replied!

Are you in Canada? Because we can call this number only being inside Canada. I have spoken to CIC agents many time on this number. Just follow right prompts.

Get to talk to agent , but she told me that the bcpnp applicant will have to contact the case processing center , centralized intake office for information ! Which we can only mail them the question or email them ! And wait for about 40 days for their reply ! Am I correct !?

Hi,
if you have already got the AOR from sydney nova scotia then your file is already transferred to CPP ottawa and that is where it will be processed.sydney is only a centralized office once they issue AORs they transfer files to ottawa so your future communications should only be directed towards ottawa and you can only reach them by email there is no phone number or personal visits allowed.
the thing is you can not find out by phone or either email that your ME have been sent because once its sent you will get it in your inbox,they will email it to you.
its only 2,5 months since you got AOR so its still too early to be paranoid,PNP application processed at cpp ottawa take somewhere between 10 and 12 months to be finalized and sometimes even more.
just relax and enjoy summer,you have a couple of months still ahead of you before you become a permanet resident.

Thanks !! Actually I am not in a rush ! But I am afraid I have lost the request somehow( accidentally deleted or ... ) and lead to another bigger problem like didn't do the medical exam within 60 days , which cause a rejection of my application ! Sigh , since there is nothing I can do now, i guess I will just have to wait

make sure you check your spam box too,sometimes emails go there and once you get your first communication from cpp ottawa you can add their email addy to your contact list this way you will be sure that their emails will never go to the spam box.
also in a month or so if you haven't heard any from them you can apply for GCMS to see at which stage your file is at.
