I have 27 months (2+ years) of work experience as an HR manager (L&D) at an MNC post my MBA which falls under NOC skill category 0, and 26 months (2+ years) of experience as an elementary school teacher, NOC skill type A.

I wanted to check for CRS calculations, if my aggregate work ex (4+ years) would be considered or only my primary work ex in HR (2+ years) will be accounted for as the NOC skill category is different for both the roles (1st employment - A, Current employment - 0).

can I choose 3 years or more option because it says it must have been paid, full time and in only one occupation. If I am not able to select 3 years it's a deduction of 25 points.

Thanks

"if my aggregate work ex (4+ years) would be considered"
Maximum credit is for 3 years of full time work so yes, you would credit for the full 3 years.

"must have been paid, full time and in only one occupation."
You are quoting the minimum qualifying requirement. Once you have cleared the threshold of 1 year continuous full time employment (or the equivalent in part time) in a single skilled NOC, all skilled work experience counts.
