How to calculate CLB for each band of IELTS?

Dear Expert,

I am bit confused while I convert my IELTS score to CLB for each band. My overall CLB score shows 7.

But how can I calculate CLB for each following band

Listening - 6.5
Writing - 6.5
Reading- 8.0
Speaking - 7.0
