how to bring my dependent children to Canada?

I am on study permit in masters program, my daughters are staying in my home country with my parents, now I want to bring them here, what would be the best possible route of bringing them...and do I have to apply for open study permit in case or have to confirm admission before? will I be paying their school fee in public school ?If anyone who has proper idea of situation,kindly reply...

Hello, Sadia.

I don't know if you have already made a decision about your daughter's situation. It appears to me you'd have to apply for an open study permit and I've read in a couple of different websites that children accompanying parents with a study permit have their elementary/high school fees waived.

That is for sure in Ontario, but apparently other states have the same policy.
