How to bridge work permit? BC PNP application at CIC Stage, have support letter

I'm trying to navigate the online system and it's a little weird, so I'm wondering what the process was for other people out there and what you chose to do.

My support letter is addressed to Vegreville, so do I just send that there or is there more to it?
