How to book airline ticket when last name is interchanged on Passport & COPR ?

Hi there,

I am looking for advice from people who might have been in a similar situation .

My Wifes Indian passport has her given Name as "A Kaur" but no surname .

Her Canadian Immigrant visa/ COPR has no first name but her lastname as "A Kaur"

Will the airlines give her trouble because of this discrepancy ?

What should I put under first & last name sections when booking her ticket ?

Should I go with whats on her passport ?
