Can I expect for some benefits from targeted draws if my spouse has medical education and 2 years of experience as physician? Should she became the main applicant? I have M.S. in Computer Science and about 10 years as Software Developer.

Nobody knows as there's no official info about targeted draws. At best we can only make some educated guesses but I personally I wouldn't make any changes until there's more official info available.
You need to figure out your CRS scores and see who is highest. However, would include you as primary as your wife (assume) has ECA completed by MCC and she would not be able to work in Canada as a physcian so don’t think draws will focus on NOCs where you cannot work without a license. She may never practice in Canada. But you never know.
