I feel like I have wasted my time by pursuing a career in Management jobs. No LMIA available for our category. I am thinking of getting training to be a cook...at least I can arrange a LMIA then receive a ITA! ???

Sorry to say this but even cooks these days don't get lmia easily as my friend he is a cook and his employer won't apply for the lmia as it's hard to get one and there are lots of companies who did apply for their restaurant workers got a negative result.
