How to arrange the scan of receipts and mail envelop for online application

hi,

i am now applying for an open work permit depending on my common-law

i checked and i am eligible to apply online.

we have to provide financial document to prove we are living together such as same mail address and receipts of household purchasing.

i am just not sure how to arrange or the small things for a good scan version.

any standard of this part?

or good tips?
