How to apply visitor visa for two person(Husbend & wife)

Hey everyone
I'm helping my in Fathes-in-laws apply for a visitor visa For him and his wife.. After reading the application it looks like it's just meant for one person?? If there's 2 people applying would they each use separate forms and apply separately even though they are married ?? Or Single application?
