Once individual's case was rejected by IRB , he could apply to the federal court for judicial review. He must show the court that the decision was not fair or reasonable ,or that there was an error.

How to complete it by himself?

Anyone knows the steps of the judicial review?

Is it just hand over the Notice of Application for Judicial Review (Form 301) first ?

Meanwhile , individual pay for $ 50 as the fee of application for judicial review .

Please share the steps if you know.

Thanks

1. No. You have to follow all the instructions here: https://www.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/home (click representing yourself) You have 15 days from the date you receive the decision.
2. Good luck, you will need it!
