First you need to understand that a visit visa (trv) can not be sponsored. a visit visa is purely granted on the base and circumstances of the applicant. As you are the main applicant so the visa office would like to see your eligibility and stability.
to successfully get a visit visa you have to proof that you are well settled in Pakistan, you are doing a job/business and you have sufficient reasons to return back to your country once your vacation/visit is over in Canada. the rest... invitation letters or Canadian documents are all secondary which might be of some help but in most cases it has a negative impact (specially when the applicant is from Pakistan and claiming to visit as a tourist or a relative) as it shows more ties to canada than to your own country.
you may gather the following documents to establish your strong ties to your country:-
- Your Passport which has a travel history (very important)
- Your bank statement (the most imp document)
- documents to prove your job/business.
- if you are doing a job, a leave approval for your vacation/visit
- documents of your wife if she is also doing a job with leave approval letter from her employer.
- documents of any assets you have.
-a simple invitation letter from your uncle which can be a simple email, fax or paper invitation.
-a simple explanation letter from you stating the main reason of your visit.
