How to Apply PR for New Born Baby in India

My son born in India. Myself and my wife both hold PR. I have applied Visitor Visa for my son to bring him to Canada.
Could you please provide inputs on the below points.

1. How to Apply PR for my Son ( will it come under Family Sponsorship or not ) ?
2. Can I submit Family sponsorship parallelly to Visit visa (Under process) ?

2. Can I submit Family sponsorship parallelly to Visit visa (Under process) ?

Yes, get the visit visa .keep him with you while PR Processing done.

FYI - you can only submit the application to sponsor your child for PR once either you or your wife are physically in Canada. You cannot apply from outside of Canada.

Recently I have moved to Canada last year (Nov 2021) and my wife is in India who is taking care of my Son.
Now Can I apply Family sponsor ship parallelly to the Visiting Visa ?

Yes, you can apply for both at the same time.

1. No, unless your son is issued either a TRV or TRP, then one of you will have to return to Canada to submit the application.
