I read all your mails and i am very much glad that you have excellent information about all topics. I got my PR visa before 2 weeks and planning to go to Toronto on 15th Dec 2012 but I dont have any relative or friend in Canada. I am confused about procedure of applying PRC. Can I apply my PRC after taking short term stay ( 45 Days ) in toronto OR should I arrange my short stay before arriving in toronto ? I am from India and want to go to Canada for 45 days for getting my PRC as you advised in your thread. Please guide me that where can I get short term stay at reasonable price in toronto and will I have to provide my Toronto address at airport for filling my PRC application OR can I do it on CAS after having short stay in toronto. Please guide me.
