When creating a PR application on the portal there's a choice from two lines : "Spouse or common law in Canada"(inland as I understand) or "Family class (outside Canada)". But in checklist IMM5589(which has to be filled up letter) there are actually 3 choices, above two plus "Family class living in Canada" the one I choose in order to be processed outland. So which one to choose upon application creation on PR portal?
Both of us living in Canada and we prefer outland application(we are in common law relationship).
