Hi All,

Kindly note that currently I am residing in my home country (i.e outside Canada) and my work permit / TRV will expire on 26th of next month. Can any one tell me is it possible to apply for work permit extension from my home country? if yes than what is the process.

Quick response is highly appreciated.

DID YOU GET YOUR PNP APPROVED OR HAVE YOU SUBMITTED A PR APPLICATION AND GET AN APPLICATION NUMBER?

Hi Pretty_girl,
I need to extend my work permit. I've already applied for AINP and got the number, which proves that my file has been received.
can this number help me in any way?
it seems for me that there is no way to extend my work permit, however I have my current job, without LMIA?
thanks.

You need PNP nomination certificate in order to extend your WP along with some forms filled out by your employer.

But, you can also extend your work permit by getting a LMO from your current employer.
