.How to apply for PNP when we already have your EE profile?

Hello everyone,
I did my Diploma in Welding from Quebec and since then I am working in Quebec. Now my husband got a job in Alberta. My EE profile is created since 2022. But there is no invitation from any province. I have few queries-

1. My score is 398 and I have opted all province option. So do I have to approach each province or personally Alberta province as my husband is working there since last 6 months OR the province will mail me?

2. my EE profile is there since 2022. And next week I will be completing 3 yrs of working as welder in Canada (Quebec), Does that mean that I am working in Quebec that is why no province is picking me??

1. How are you eligible for Alberta? What is husband’s CRS score…is it not higher than your score? Only those who studied in the province are eligible for AOS and AIPP nomination is based on your EOI score. With your CRS score, you would not be selected for any PNPs. Need a job offer and EOI high enough with NOC selected.
2. You are not being selected because your score is too low. PNPs are very competitive and you didn’t study, work or have a job offer in any of those provinces so will not get invitation.
