How to Apply for PNP, Currently holding CRS score of 380 points....

Hi Everyone,

Can anyone help me with the process of PNP?

My work profile falling under NOC 0112 and NOC 1223. I have not yet created EE profile but potential as per my documentation i am expecting 380 CRS points.

Will i create my EE profile and then wait for any Provinces pick my profile unde EE PNP ??
or
Can i apply directly to Provinces??

Which could be the better way of projecting for Canada PR.

Requesting seniors to clarify my confusion on PNP process.
