Yes, but the problem now is that you may have received your student visa because you said they would not accompany you. Having children in your home country is a good reason to go back. If they join you, why would you, the one holding the student permit, be willing to go back to your country of origin?
You have to apply to have them join you by getting them whatever visa they need - TRV, TRP, etc. But be aware that IRCC may deny your application - because if they join you, you may have no strong reason to return home.
This is why paying a little extra and filling out a few more forms is better.

as far as getting back to my home country is concern there is father will be here.
so your suggestion is TRV / TRP etc only ?
K.H.P I am holding now PGWP visa and not sure if I should apply Student Visa for Kids or any other visa. For my husband, I will apply SOWP visa.
