I'm a tourist here and visited my wife who is a caregiver here in canada. fortunately I got a job with positive lmia as a food service supervisor.
My multiple temporary residence permit which stamped in my passport got expired already last Jan. 4 while my entry status got expired January 5 after staying here for 6 months. . I already applied for an extension via mail and waiting for a response so I'm on implied status right now. My question is how can i apply for my work permit on implied status? since i'll be applying my work permit within canada as I cannot go out from the border since my stamped visit visa was already expired.
