Since you already have a job offer (or the posiblity of one), you might wanna start with a job permit, this is the fastest, easies and even cheapest way to star. From that, you could apply later once you are working in Canada for a PR under a Provincial Nomination Program, or many other categories.
For the job offer your employer may need to do a Labour Market Opinion.
