How to apply BOWP?

I already applied PR under CEC category now I want to apply for BOWP but I dont know the procedure and also the required documents for that so need help on how to apply BOWP?

I don't think so your BOWP will be approved,you should have applied before 4 months of your current work permit expires,one of my friend got rejected because he had applied one month before his work permit expires.But also try
