My permanent residency application was refused on the basis that I didn’t have enough Canadian work experience. This isn’t true, when I applied last November I had 1 year and 5 months experience across two different jobs in my field.
On the refusal letter, they have only listed one of the companies I’ve worked at, even though I provided details for both jobs. So for whatever reason, they have made a mistake and refused my application based on incorrect information/reasoning.
I’ve read you can appeal this within 30 days. I’m a bit confused on how to do this, can anybody help me understand what I need to do this and still remain working in Canada (I’m on implied status currently, and now unsure what this is going to do to this as well).
