How to apeal for review for PR rejection

Background:
I applied for WP to PR processing while in Canada. As there is no provision in tbe application process to indicate the EE stream I was applying through, I submitted all my work information.
The system looks at, among factors, the work experience in Canada and generates the ITA. As I am self-employed, I qualify for FSW but the system, by design (which is documented), placed me under CEC, where obviously my application was denied as self employment is not a valid factor, even though I did not want to claim points for it.

Essentially, the issue is, as I can see, is of the system. If I enter my canadian work details, I will never get an ITA for FSW. If I don't list it, I run the risk of not correctly representing my information.
(I can't afford a lawyer. I have called up various layer forums, including some pro Bono services, but to no avail)

Question 1) How can I submit a review request to IRCC
A) can such a "system" related issue stand any chance of being entertained ?
B) to which dept should I submit the request?
C) how can I get any case studies from where I can see how to formulate the letter in a formal tone.

Will be very grateful for any guidance.
Thank you

Although reconsideration and judicial review won't help either, it won't make you eligible for CEC draw anyway.

You need to create a new EE profile that is not eligible for CEC but eligible for FSW.

I do not intend to go for CEC.
For a profile to be eligible for FSW, as I mentioned, if I specify my canadian self-employed experience, the pre-ITA system invariably picks up under CEC. If I don't mention the work experience, I run the risk of listing incomplete information.

Find a way to mention your experience and not to be eligible for CEC, it's doable when you create a profile.

You will be able to explain that when you get selected.

Ok. Any guidance about how to go with it?
I agree with the advice you received above. There is nothing to reconsider. You received an invitation under CEC. You cannot change an ITA from CEC to FSW. You were correctly refused.

You have to set up your profile not to claim this as Canadian work experience and wait for another ITA. You were given advice on how to do this earlier this week.
