How to answer this weird question?

Recently CIC asks if I am living with someone in Canada?

If yes, please mention their first and last name and relationships with them. I am living in a house with 4 other tenants and I am confused if I should mention their name?

I don't think this does make much sense? or does it? should I say No?

The context of this question refers to 'Are you living with someone in a relationship' (ie husband-wife, boyfriend-girlfriend). If none of your co-tenants are in a relationship with you, then you must say 'No'.
