how to answer the question " has XXX has applied for express entry before" I am applying in Express entry as a primary applicant but previously applied for PR Canada as a dependent (secondary applicant). should I give reference to the previous application in which I was a secondary applicant?

Okay thanks, actually in the previous application my ex-wife was the primary applicant so I only have the EE application number, and initial information like biometric letter etc, I don't have the outcome or result of that application whether it was approved or withdrawn, will this be an issue?
