I just received my letter of completion today. I am now applying for PGWP and in the form they ask "Have you been issued a certificate under the Provincial Nominee Program."
1. how do I answer that if my husband who is the primary applicant have received SINP nomination certification. and we have applied and just waiting for a response from Saskatchewan? Seeing as he is the primary applicant and not me do I answer yes or no to "Have you been issued a certificate under the Provincial Nominee Program?"
