how to add your spouse to permanent resident application on pnp

Hai folks,

please guide me with regard to my permanent resident application as i am married in india now and my PR application is in process so please guide me what are the documents and application i need to prepare and how to submit please share me the links of cic and if possible share the phone numbers and email ids of cic.
