I have been blessed by God, through a daughter, few days ago some kind members suggested how to add a new born baby in my current application. I have prepared all required docs. according to them.
Now I have one confusion, either i go for new forms or old forms, if i go for new forms, it will generate
bar code, how can I submit form with bar code, below is the message i copied from some kind member's reply. Are these papers need to submit? or need some more?
processing fee for your child (if accompanying you to Canada)
your child's birth certificate
copy of your child's valid passport
6 recent photographs of your child
updated IMM0008 Generic for yourself and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself and your spouse.
