how to actually submit IEC application

Hi everyone,
This is probably the dumbest question ever, I just cannot find it. I've been invited to apply for IEC. I think I've finished the whole application (the sections of questions and the required documents), but I cannot find how to submit the application.. Can anyone help me? I have 4 days to complete the application..

What button options do you have down the bottom of your questions/documents page? Is there a 'continue' or similar?

Usually there is a continue button and that will take you to payment.

it did not but apparently the letter of expanation is required, I didn't realise that. When I upload one, the next button does appear. Thank you for your help!

I am going to apply for permanent residency soon, as the common law partner of a Canadian. Should I mention that or is it just confusing? I am applying for a working holiday visa to bridge the time until my PR gets approved.

I'm in a similar spot, I have my PR application in and did my final IEC permit in the meantime to bridge the gap.

I didn't mention it and had no issues with approvals.

Nope, no problems at all.

Your UCI is attached to you - not your applications. So the same UCI will appear on both of your applications.
