How to activate PR in Calgary?

I just got Confirmation of Permanent Residence in the mail.
There are 2 ways how to activate it:

1. by going to the border (5 hour drive from Calgary where I live)
or
2. calling the Call center and schedule an appointment.

I would like to schedule and appointment rather than drive to the border.

Did anyone do that in Calgary? How long until I get an appointment in Calgary?

I got 3rd business day appointment in Vancouver. Pretty sure Calgary is same.
