I have received a letter from immi office said that they received my notification to advise them that I am unable to attend interview on XX date. then my interview was removed from schedule and placed back in the queue of cases awaitin interview.
In fact, I have never received any interview advise letter and nether sent any notification to Immi office. I don't know what is the letter talking about so I think there may be some mistakes existed in the processing system.
I want to ask you or any friend, how can I act? 1, ask them to make earliest possible interview again or it is possible to require them waiving this interview, then go to next step. such as submit police clearance and medical exam certificate.

Maybe you never got the first letter. If they called you in for an interview in the first place, I think it's very unlikely that they will waive it.  You can try to ask for the earlier interview date again but maybe they have already given it away.  This is how immigration works.  You have to bend your schedule to immigration, they will not bend their schedule to yours. Or maybe this letter is a complete mistake. You have to try to ask them to find out.
