How are they going to send the passport? By courier or through the P.O. Box.?

Usually with registered post at CHC expense. They also can sent it by courier if someone provides self addressed return express courier sachet(applicants expense).

Depends on the country. In some countries by registered post and in others by courier. In Pakistan they send by courier and we need to pay the courier while in UK by registered post.
