I chose my primary NOC code as an IT helpdesk because that's the longest work experience I have so far. Currently I work as a data analyst, and planning to continue working in this field (not IT helpdesk). My CV:
I chose my primary NOC code as an IT helpdesk because that's the longest work experience I have so far. Currently I work as a data analyst, and planning to continue working in this field (not IT helpdesk). My CV:
- 1 year as a web developer at company X
- 2 years as an IT helpdesk at company Y
- 9 months as data analyst (current job) at company Z;
- I'm confused about how they will count my work experience, do they count it as a total of 3 years 9 month or just 2 years because the primary NOC code is IT helpdesk? How many points I'll get?
- I see myself as a data analyst in the future, I guess I can't choose this NOC now as my primary occupation because it's just 9 month, not a 1-year work experience, correct?
