How soon is PR granted after ITA

Im wondering how soon PR is granted after ITA ? Whats the fastest is could be done in , applying from within Canada . My current visa expires in 3 months I wondering is it at all possible to get full PR by then.


I've looked through other posts but most ppl seem to be still waiting for final decision
Please advise...

6 month as advertised by CIC.

If your current permit is expiring, after you have submitted full application and got AOR/eligibility check, you can apply for BOWP and continue working

Thanks for response , so its 6 months after receiving ITA . even to get an ITA takes 3-5 months , eca (2months min.) then for an invite could be over 1 month last draw was for LMIAs .
Average time must be 8-9months !

I'm don't think I'm eligible for BOWP as I have a IEC visa .

ITA takes 24 hours after the draw...whether you get it or not is a whole other question

6 months is after full application, after receiving ITA you have 60 days to submit that.

Although the average time quoted by CIC is to process 80% of complete applications in 6 months or less, some people applying within Canada have actually received their PR's in 6 months and at times less after submitting a complete application.
